If you pay for your online order with a Credit/Debit card, we charge you for all items upon checkout.
PLACING AN ORDER
Select a category from the menu navigation. Click on a subcategory to see all the items in that section. Click on an item, choose a color, a size (if applicable) then 'Add to Cart'. You can then continue shopping for additional items, or 'Proceed to Checkout' to finalize your order. After you 'Add to Cart', the items will be placed in your shopping cart until you check out. You can review your cart anytime by rolling over or clicking on 'Cart' in the top right corner of your screen. If an item that you selected is not appearing in your shopping cart, double check its availability. To remove anything from your shopping cart, click on the 'X' under the 'Remove' column.
When placing your order, please make sure that you use the billing address and contact information as it appears on your credit statement. In the event that your information does not match exactly what your credit card has on file, you may have difficulty placing your order. When specifying shipping address information, be sure to check that the postal/zip code, city and state/province are correct. If this information does not match UPS records, we may need to contact you to confirm. This may result in a delay to your order.
CANCELLING AN ORDER
If you'd like to cancel or change your order, please contact us by phone or email as soon as possible. We'll do everything we can to accommodate your request. However, our order-fulfillment and shipping systems are designed to get orders on their way quickly and efficiently. Therefore, we cannot change or cancel once it has entered our shipping process.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email confirmation that will include your tracking number. The tracking information and status of your order will be updated by the carrier at all times during transit.
Our handcrafted designs require a procedure of steps that start as soon as an order is placed. The following information will help estimate when your new items will be ready after placing an order!

- Please note that all returns are for same item exchange ONLY. If you are not completely satisfied with the fit of your purchase, you may return eligible items in their original condition within 10 business days for shipment arrival in exchange for a different size. Returns must be unworn, unaltered, and unwashed with all tags attached. We are not responsible for returning shipping costs.
- Custom purchases are final. We offer alterations to customers that notify us within 10 business days from shipment arrival.
- Discounted items are final. We do not offer returns, exchanges, or alterations on discounted items.
** IMPORTANT: We ask that you order the correct size when placing an order. If you are not sure about your size, use a measuring tape with inches to obtain your measurements. If your measurements do not correspond with our size chart, we highly recommend custom sizing.
